By purchasing any MedOnPage service or using this website, you agree to these terms. MedOnPage services are provided by Neulinc LLC, Hoboken, New Jersey.
MedOnPage offers three service tiers: a Profile page ($299/year), a full Website ($999 one-time), and a Complete package ($1,299 one-time). All services include one year of hosting from the date of purchase. Exact deliverables for each tier are described on the pricing page at medonpage.com.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your bank or card statement will show the charge as NEULINC BIZONPAGE. Payments are non-refundable once your page or website has been delivered and made live. If delivery has not begun within 5 business days of payment, a full refund will be issued upon request.
Services renew annually. We will contact you by email at least 14 days before your renewal date. Renewals are never charged automatically — you choose to renew. If you do not renew, your page or website will be taken offline at the end of your service period. Your content and files will be retained for 30 days after expiration in case you choose to reinstate.
You retain full ownership of all content you provide — practice name, photos, services, pricing, and any other information. By providing content to MedOnPage you grant Neulinc LLC a license to display it on your profile page or website for the duration of your service. We will never sell or share your content with third parties.
Free content updates are included for the duration of your service period. Updates must be submitted via email to hello@medonpage.com or by text to 862-200-7031. We aim to apply all updates within 1 business day. Major redesign requests outside the original scope may be quoted separately.
MedOnPage profile pages are patient-facing informational pages. They display practice information such as services, hours, and contact details. They do not store, collect, or transmit patient health data. For systems that handle protected health information consult your compliance officer.
You may cancel your service at any time by contacting hello@medonpage.com. No refunds are issued for unused time remaining in a service period. Upon cancellation your page or website will be taken offline within 2 business days.
Neulinc LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of MedOnPage services. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the most recent billing period.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of MedOnPage services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify active clients of material changes by email.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hudson County, New Jersey.

When you purchase a MedOnPage service or contact us, we may collect: your name, practice name, email address, phone number, and practice information you provide for your profile or website. We also collect standard website analytics data such as page visits and scan counts — no personally identifiable visitor data is collected.
We use your information solely to deliver and maintain your MedOnPage service, communicate with you about your account, and send renewal reminders. We do not use your information for marketing without your consent.
All payment processing is handled by Stripe. Neulinc LLC does not store your credit card number or payment details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to all payment transactions and can be found at stripe.com/privacy.
MedOnPage profile pages do not collect or store patient information of any kind. Patients who scan a QR code and visit a MedOnPage profile page are not tracked, identified, or profiled. The review filter feature collects only the rating and optional written feedback a patient voluntarily submits — this data is used solely to notify the practice owner of feedback.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. We may share information only if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Neulinc LLC or its clients.
We retain your account information for as long as your service is active, plus 30 days after expiration. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@medonpage.com.
medonpage.com does not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. Basic analytics may be collected to understand site traffic in aggregate.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. Contact hello@medonpage.com with any such requests and we will respond within 5 business days.
